Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 oz sushi-grade tuna diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  • Shape rice into small rectangles using mold or wrap.
  • Heat skillet with oil over medium heat.
  • Fry rice pieces until golden and crispy.
  • Place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Mix tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy, and sesame oil.
  • Top crispy rice with spicy tuna mix.
  • Garnish with avocado, sesame seeds, and green onions.
  • Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

  • Use day-old rice for firmer texture.
  • Keep tuna cold until mixing.
