Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional
  • Burger buns optional
  • Lettuce tomato, onion (optional toppings)

Instructions
 

  • Chop spinach finely using a sharp knife.
  • In a bowl, add ground turkey and spinach.
  • Add feta, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle oregano and add beaten egg.
  • Mix well using clean hands or spoon.
  • Add breadcrumbs and combine all ingredients.
  • Form into 4–5 equal burger patties.
  • Heat grill or skillet on medium heat.
  • Spray with non-stick oil or add olive oil.
  • Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side.
  • Use thermometer to check internal temperature (165°F).
  • Rest patties for 5 minutes before serving.
