Ingredients

For the Shells:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 spoons of cinnamon
  • 4 spoons of melted butter
  • Oil for the pan

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream

For the Topping:

  • 15 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries
  • 3 spoons of melted butter

Instructions

Make the Strawberry Crunch

  • Put cookies and dried berries in a bag. Smash them into tiny pieces with a pin. Put them in a bowl. Add the melted butter. Stir it until it looks like wet sand.

Cook the Taco Shells

  • Put oil in a pan. Fry each tortilla for 30 seconds. They should be gold. Fold them over a rolling pin. Let them cool in a taco shape.

Add Sugar to Shells

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Put butter on the warm shells. Roll them in the sugar. Make sure they are covered well. This makes them sweet and crunchy.

Mix the Cream Cheese

  • Put soft cream cheese in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix it until it is very smooth. There should be no lumps. This is the base of your taco.

Whip the Cream

  • Mix the heavy cream in a cold bowl. Mix until it stays thick. Fold it into the cream cheese. Use a spoon to mix gently. Keep the filling light and fluffy.

Fill the Tacos

  • Put the cream in a piping bag. Squeeze the cream into the shells. Fill them up from end to end. Make sure they look full and nice. This part is very fun.

Put the Crunch on Top

  • Take your cookie mix from step one. Shake the crumbs over the cream. You can also press the taco into the crumbs. Add a fresh berry on top if you like.

Notes

  • Use an Air Fryer: You can cook the shells without oil.
  • Chocolate Flavor: Use dark cookies instead of yellow ones.
  • Gelatin Powder: Use strawberry powder if you have no dried fruit.
  • Keep it Cold: Put the cream in the fridge before you use it.
  • Muffin Tin: You can bake the shells in a tin.
  • Fresh Fruit: Put real berry bits inside the cream.
