Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Ensure all your meats are sliced thinly and uniformly. Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Marinate the meats: In separate bowls, marinate the shrimp, chicken, and beef with a tablespoon of soy sauce each and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let the mixture sit for a minimum of 15 minutes.
  • Heat the wok: Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a large wok or skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the meats: Cook the shrimp first until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside. Next, cook the chicken until it's no longer pink, then set aside. Finally, cook the beef until it's browned, then set aside.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables: In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Cook the garlic and ginger until they become fragrant. Then, add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Combine everything: Return the cooked meats to the wok. Add the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Stir everything together until well-coated and the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve: Serve the Triple Delight over cooked white rice and enjoy!
