In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and zest.
Add honey and water. Stir over medium heat.
Simmer until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes.
Mash lightly and thicken with cornstarch if needed.
Spoon sauce over sliced turkey breast.
