Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese grat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips, leaving the skin on for extra texture.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle the fries with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese while they're still hot.
