Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and cornstarch in a small bowl. This is your marinade and glaze.
Thread chicken sausages, pineapple chunks, red and green bell pepper slices, and red onion slices onto skewers alternately.
Brush skewers lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking, and season with salt and pepper.
Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure chicken sausages are cooked through and veggies have a slight char.
While grilling, brush the marinade onto the skewers, turning them to coat evenly with the glaze.
Once cooked to perfection, remove the Aloha Chicken Sausage skewers from the grill.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
