Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and cornstarch in a small bowl. This is your marinade and glaze.
  • Thread chicken sausages, pineapple chunks, red and green bell pepper slices, and red onion slices onto skewers alternately.
  • Brush skewers lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure chicken sausages are cooked through and veggies have a slight char.
  • While grilling, brush the marinade onto the skewers, turning them to coat evenly with the glaze.
  • Once cooked to perfection, remove the Aloha Chicken Sausage skewers from the grill.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
