- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg

- 1 cup diced peaches fresh or canned, drained
- ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
